Greenpoynt ("Greenpoynt," "we," "us") is an AI governance and compliance company based in New Jersey. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit greenpoynt.com or submit a form on it. Information we receive from clients in the course of an engagement, such as hiring data provided for a bias audit, is governed by our client agreements and described on our Security & Data Handling page, not by this policy.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and business, such as our website host and form processor (Webflow) and our email provider, under terms that limit their use of it. We do not share the details you submit with referral partners without your permission. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we begin using them, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
We keep form submissions for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship or required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, consistent with our ISO/IEC 42001-certified management system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including New Jersey's. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
